Refund policy
At RetroDock, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We want you to shop with confidence and enjoy your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of misuse, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, please contact us at retrodock.in@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Proof of purchase may be required.
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure fast shipping. You may request to cancel your order only before it has been shipped or entered the fulfillment process. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For customer-requested cancellations that are not due to an error on our part, a processing fee of up to 5% of the order value may be deducted to cover non-refundable payment processing charges. This fee does not apply if the cancellation is caused by our inability to fulfill the order, product unavailability, or another error on our side.
Exchanges
If you receive the wrong product or wish to exchange an eligible item, please contact retrodock.in@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. Our support team will assist you with the exchange process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item. For valuable returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 2–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the refund is still not visible, contact us at retrodock.in@gmail.com, and we will gladly investigate.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if your claim is approved.
