At RetroDock, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

  • Australia: 7–12 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 7–15 business days (depending on the destination)

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping is available on all orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become available after shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at retrodock.in@gmail.com. Our support team will investigate the shipment and assist you in resolving the issue.

Delivery Responsibility

Once the shipping carrier marks a package as Delivered, RetroDock is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery location.

If your package appears to be missing after delivery confirmation, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate the package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Refunds are generally not available in these situations.
